Chung Jung One’s sesame oil is made from high quality sesame seeds and is used in many Korean side dishes, rice dishes and as a dip. It adds a nutty aroma and spicy taste to food. Sesame oil is often used to refine the dish just before serving, rather than adding it during cooking.
